What happen if I don't like the products?

We're confident you'll like our products. If you don't like them for some reasons, please email us at and let us know  within 14 days after receiving them. Depending on the reasons, we may offer a refund, store credits or an exchange, and we may require that you pay and ship the products back to us within 14 days after our approval.

How long does your product last?

Because our products are made with only natural and organic ingredients, they last between 6 to 12 months, depending on the products. We recommend you to use them as soon as possible for best results. To help keep the product's effectiveness, please store it in a dry and cool location below 76F degrees and follow the usage directions on the label and product page.

Is your packaging eco-friendly?

One of our goals is to minimize the impact on the environment when making our products; therefore, all of our products and packaging are either biodegradable, compostable, recyclable, and/or reusable. Learn more about our eco-friendly company.

Do you test on animal?

Absolutely not! Our products are completely animal cruelty-free.

Where do you make your product?

We hand-make everything in small batches here in San Francisco Bay Area, California.


How much is shipping?

Contiguous US states:  FREE on orders over $50 or $5 flat rate.
Alaska and Hawaii: FREE on orders over $100 or $10 flat rate.

What is your return policy?

If you change your mind, you may return the products before 30 days after receiving them in unused, unopened and original conditions for a full refund excluding shipping charge. Before doing so please email us at to receive a return merchandise authorization (RMA) code. You're responsible for shipping charge when sending the package back to us.

When will my order ship?

Please give us 1-3 business days to process your order before shipping to your destination through USPS. After your order is processed and shipped, it can take 2-7 business days to arrive, depending on how far you are from San Jose, California.

How can I check the status of my order?

When your order has been fulfilled and shipped, you will receive an email notification with a link to track the shipping status.

Can I rush my order?

We do not offer rush shipping at this time, but might consider it in the near future.

Who do I contact if my product never arrive?

Please contact the shipping carrier for assistance if your order did not arrived on the day indicated by the carrier.

What if the products arrived damaged or defective?

If the products arrived damaged or defective, please email us at within 7 days after receiving them for an exchange, refund or store credits.

We do not charge or collect sales in states other than California. When you make a purchase delivered to a California address, we charge and collect sales tax according to the local rate where the items are being shipped to.

To save you time and the hassle of gift wrapping, we offer a free gift option for any order over three items. Simply check the "Send as a gift" checkbox option at checkout, stating which items to be wrapped and we will ship them in a natural paper box filled with crinkles, secured with a hem twine, and adorn with a customize 100% recycled paper gift note card with your message.
