How long does your product last?

Because our products are made with only natural and organic ingredients in small batches, for best result use within 6 months.  To help keep the product's effectiveness, please store it in a dry/cool away from direct sunlight and other heat sources, and follow the usage directions on the product label.

What happen if I don't like the products?

If you don't like the products, please contact us at and let us know  within 7 days after receiving them so we can help you find a solution that meets your needs.

Is your packaging eco-friendly?

One of our goals is to minimize the impact on the environment when making our products; therefore, all of our products and packaging are either biodegradable, compostable, recyclable, and/or reusable. Learn more about our eco-friendly goal.

Do you test on animal?

Absolutely not! We do not test any of our products on animal.

Where do you make your product?

We hand-make everything in small batches in San Jose, California.


How much is shipping?

Contiguous US states:  FREE on orders over $75 or $5 flat rate.
Alaska and Hawaii: FREE on orders over $100 or $10 flat rate.

What is your return policy?

Due to the nature of our natural and handmade products, we are unable to accept returns or exchanges. If you are unsatisfied with our products in any ways, please contact us at within 7 days after receiving them so we can help you find a solution that meets your needs.  

When will my order ship?

Please give us 1-3 business days to process your order before shipping to your destination through USPS. After your order is processed and shipped, it can take 2-7 business days to arrive, depending on how far you are from San Jose, California.

How can I check the status of my order?

When your order has been fulfilled and shipped, you will receive an email notification with a link to track the shipping status.

Can I rush my order?

We do not offer rush shipping at this time, but might consider it in the near future.

Who do I contact if my product never arrive?

Please contact the shipping carrier for assistance if your order did not arrived on the day indicated by the carrier.

What if the products arrived damaged or defective?

If the products arrived damaged or defective, please email us at with pictures within 7 days after receiving for an exchange, refund or store credits.

Do you charge sales tax?

We do not charge or collect sales in states other than California. When you make a purchase delivered to a California address, we charge and collect sales tax according to the local rate where the items are being shipped to.

Do you offer gift wrap option?

We have a Gift Box made from 100% recycled paper filled with crinkles, tied with a hem twine, and adorn with a beautiful paper flower and a precut blank gift note. Simply add the Gift Box to your cart and let us know which products need to be gift wrapped.

Do you offer gift certificates?

Sorry, we don't offer gift certificates at this time.

Can I try before I buy?

Sorry, we are unable to offer free samples at this time, but are thinking about it in the near future.
